A civil order that can be obtained to protect victims from someone engaging in stalking behaviour. It can impose restrictions on the stalker.
They must show a "course of conduct" (repeated behaviour), that it was unwanted, and that it caused alarm, distress or fear. More serious offences require proof of fear of violence or serious alarm/distress.
Usually behaviour must happen more than once. A single message may be relevant if very serious, but generally repeated behaviour is required.
